Sara Sanz Blasco, CONICET Assistant Researcher at ININFA under the direction of  Josefina Rubiales, CONICET Researcher in the Human Behavior, Genetics and Environment Group of the Institute of Basic, Applied Psychology and Technology (IPSIBAT, CONICET-UNMDP) and the co-direction of Maria Clara Gravielle.

In 2005 Sara completed a Master's Degree in Experimental Chemistry at the Inorganic Chemistry Department of the Faculty of Sciences. In March 2009 she obtained her doctorate from the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Valladolid, and she was accepted as postdoctoral fellow at the Sanford-Burnham Institute in San Diego, California, with Stuart Lipton MD, PhD. In 2013 she joined the LABORATORY OF EXPERIMENTAL PARKINSON at ININFA, directed by Dr. Oscar Gershanik. In 2021, she obtained a degree in Neuropsychoeducation from the Faculty of Medicine (UBA).

Sara is currently working on neurodevelopmental disorders in collaboration with Pedro de Elizalde Children's General Hospital and FLENI Hospital. Her current project consists of the analysis of the role of psychosocial and educational factors over the executive and social development, and cortisol levels, of boys and girls with autism spectrum disorder.
