Nicolás Di Siervi was born in 1987 in Mercedes, Buenos Aires Province. He graduated as a Biochemist from the Universidad de Buenos Aires in 2014 and is currently working on his PhD thesis in the LABORATORY OF MOLECULAR PHARMACOLOGY AND ONCOLOGY under Dr. Davio’s direction. His main project is to study how MRP4 (a membranous transporter) affects pancreatic cancer chemo-resistance, one of the most lethal kinds of neoplasias today.

Nicolás enjoys practicing sports, mainly rowing, cycling and climbing, and loves spending time with his nephew Joaquín, to whom he hopes to inculcate his passion about science.
